You have done a terrific job and I am absolutely delighted with the new room you have created. Your team were extremely professional and hard-working: they worked long hours and didn’t do the builders trick of always nipping off to do other jobs. They were friendly and polite and always cleared up nicely after themselves. Sanjay had assured us before the work began that we would have nothing to worry about and that they would look after our house nicely, especially while we were away. Your company were true to your word and it was a pleasure doing business with you. 

The project was such a success that a number of our neighbours are also now considering something similar. I had no hesitation recommending you.

I just wanted to drop you both a brief note to say thank you for all your hard work and professionalism in undertaking the refurbishment project which you recently completed at my home in Highgate Village. 

From the outset, you took the time to clearly understand the brief – not withstanding there were a few extra items which I asked you to deal with! 

Importantly, the project required to be completed within 2 weeks and despite the large amount of work involved (both internal and external) you managed to achieve this without compromising the quality of workmanship and finishes were excellent.

It was a pleasure to work with Zena and Sanjay. At all times we felt as if our building project was under control and would be finished to our expectations (of a very high standard!). 

There were unforeseen problems as we went along – as there are on any large scale building project – but Zena and Sanjay dealt with them professionally and communicated with us at all times. 

The team they run know what they are doing and are highly skilled. Zena and Sanjay are on site daily to check the progress and as they understood we have busy jobs they also sent photos to us to show us what was being done. 

Although we went over time, this was due to an external supplier and not Refurb It All – who completed their work on time and with minimal snagging. 

Zena and Sanjay are honest, hardworking and insightful. We are sure that without them, our building project would have descended into chaos!

This is not so much a testimonial but a thank you from myself and my client for the completion of a Totteridge build. As an Interior Designer I spend most of my day bridging the gap between egotistical clients and cowboy builders. Out of the 7 other properties I am working on this year so far, the property we have worked on together was the largest, and despite elements of complexity and a myriad of specialist tradespeople involved, this project had run smoother than the others I have worked on, purely due to your exemplary communication skills, hard work ethos and attention to detail. It is irrelevant that my client was an easy going one. On areas of the project that I proposed that were out of your comfort zone I was impressed with your can do attitude and complete transparency when being met by obstacles and challenging site situations. As a designer who undertakes copious amounts of responsibility you have at times represented me allowing me to feel very safe working alongside you in an industry that can be cruel and very stressful at times. Weekly site meetings were an event I would look forward to and were always met with fantastic time keeping and often humour. Above all, you are responsibly priced, build quality properties, fair, and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you for the work you did recently on my client’s property in Parham Way, Muswell Hill. Substantial works to the lounge and kitchen, redecoration and remedial works to the rest of the property.

I set out some challenges on this one, a faux brick wall on a panel system that you hadn’t used before, which was a nightmare to point, and a low level storage system and false chimney breast which had to incorporate a cable management system. You rose to the challenge admirably and got the job done by the deadline set by the clients.

Your workforce worked tirelessly and the clients are absolutely delighted with what’s been achieved. 

The standard of work was excellent and I would not hesitate to use you again. 

All done, the extension looks fantastic, skylights, vaulted ceilings, kitchen is in … it is looking great, but here is the reason that I am happy to put pen to paper for you. Your team made it as painless as possible and I was comforted when I made requests that your motto seems to be, ‘David, we’re happy if you’re happy’. 

On time, on budget, even a bit early actually thanks both to the weather and your guys who my wife tells me just do not stop working, so I am happy and happy to refer you on.

On behalf of all the family, I would like to thank you for the excellent work on my aunt’s flat in Regent Square, E3. 

The transformation has been amazing and everyone is extremely impressed. 

Genene and I would like to thank you in particular for the way you handled a potentially difficult situation with an elderly relative taking into account her individual requirements to enable her to return to the flat after leaving hospital. Your attention to detail made this possible. 

The whole process of you taking control of all the requirements made the situation much easier for us. All the work was carried out within the agreed budget and delivered exactly on time, including additional work specified later by my aunt. 

My aunt is delighted with the results and having been ashamed for anyone to see her flat for many years, she is now inviting friends and neighbours in to admire your work.

We used Refurb It All to do two bathrooms, a balcony, our fuse box and some kitchen tiling in September 2011. I cannot speak too highly of them.

On an inter-personal level Sanjay, Zena and their team are very easy to work with. They are friendly, efficient, good humoured and responsive to concerns. They have good, imaginative suggestions but worked within what we wanted. If there were any issues they responded to us immediately. They also had good ideas for where to source supplies cheaply. They set out a realistic timetable and worked within it. There were also no hidden extras in terms of costs.

In terms of the quality of work, Refurb It All had to do a full range of services with us – plumbing, wiring, tiling, cutting of porcelain tiles and a balcony. All the work appears to be of a very high standard and we think our flat looks great! I had the impression that the work was checked by somebody who had not done it originally to make sure the quality of the work and the finish was to a high standard. They also left the flat in a clean state when they finished – something unusual with building works!!

We would definitely use them again and have already enquired with them about the next work we plan on the flat. 

We just wanted to say thank you so much for our wonderful kitchen extension, we are so happy with the finished product. It was definitely worth the four months of noise, dust and disruption. 

We really appreciate that your team worked so tirelessly and so hard at all times, we know it couldn’t have been easy to carry out such a disruptive build whilst the clients and two small children were still living in the house. 

The team did their utmost best to minimalize the disruption at all times; leaving the knocking through until the last moment, making sure our home was secure before leaving and most importantly leaving the boiler in place until the very last moment, meaning we didn’t have to move out at all. For that we are truly grateful. 

As a company, you should be very proud of your team of workers, who we found to be polite, courteous, helpful and conscientious at all times. 

We came to you with a vision and you made it a reality. The kitchen, hallway and downstairs toilet all look stunning, a sentiment echoed by everyone who enters our new space.
